Provisions & Pantry
We manage your household shopping and pantry inventory so your home is always supplied exactly as you like it. Whether you provide a standing list of everyday favorites or a specific request for an upcoming arrival, we handle the errands for you. By following your personal preferences, we provide a seamless and errand-free transition so you can step directly into a well-stocked home the moment you walk through the door.

We manage the essential details of property oversight, from adjusting the thermostats for the season to ensuring your walkways and entryways are clear of snow or debris. For our Provisions clients, we also perform a thorough pantry and household inventory to identify exactly what needs replenishing before your stay. By coordinating these functional details and providing a final interior walk-through, we ensure a seamless and errand-free transition to the comfort of your own home.

We handle all inquiries, bookings, and messaging via email or text.
Home Preparation Coordination
We coordinate cleaning, restocking, and turnover with your preferred service providers.
Our Airbnb management service handles every step of short-term rentals, from listing creation and professional photos to guest communication and turnover coordination. Cleaning and turnover services are billed separately, either through your preferred provider or one we can recommend. Management is commission-based at 25% of the rental income whenever your property is booked.

FAQ
Do I need to use your specific maintenance providers? I like my plow company...
Absolutely not! What we will do is make sure your plow company always shows up when they are supposed to and check that they are doing a great job. We maintain relationships with our approved service providers, but are happy to work with your preferred maintenance services.
Can flyingscotsman manage my Airbnb without choosing one of your bundled plans? I only need short term rental management.
Yes! Many of the Airbnb’s we manage do not opt for our other services. Our Short Term Rental Management Services are billed as a percentage of each booking. Basically you only pay us if you have a booking.
How do I pay for my pantry items?
We have your credit card on file and provide detailed receipts of all purchases each week. Or we can set up a house account with some of our vendors.
What areas do you service?
The Flying scotsman offers service in Columbia County and parts of Dutchess County. Please call to see if your home falls in our coverage area.
